How long does delivery take?

You'll receive the gift card digitally in your email immediately. If you order a physical gift card, it will arrive within 1-2 days.

After completing the design, it will take 10-15 business days for the racket to be delivered to your home.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What's on the physical map?

The physical card includes an explanation and a QR code. It has no value or code for added security.

You can write your unique code from your email on the card or have us write it for you (please mention this when ordering).

Is the gift card digital?

Yes. The code will be emailed directly to you or the recipient. You can also order a physical gift card.

Does the recipient have to pay extra?

The gift card is good for one fully customized racket. There are additional options they can choose during the design process.
