How long does delivery take?

You will receive the gift card digitally by email immediately. If you order a physical gift card, it will arrive within 1–2 days.

Once the design is completed, it takes 10–15 business days for the racket to be delivered to your home.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is shown on the physical card?

The physical card contains an explanation and a QR code. For added security, it does not display a value or code.

You can write your unique code from your email on the card, or have us write it for you (mention this when placing your order).

Is the gift card digital?

Yes. The code will be sent directly by email to you or straight to the recipient. You can choose to order a physical gift card as well.

Does the recipient have to pay extra?

The gift card is valid for one fully custom racket. They can still choose additional options during the design process.

Can I design the padel racket entirely myself?

Yes, with our 3D configurator, you can design the padel racket yourself: from colors to images, anything is possible! You can also choose a double grip, a sand layer, and the coating for the best playing results.
