Returning Standard Products

Standard products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products

Custom-made padel rackets are considered personalized items and are fully designed and manufactured according to your specific preferences.
Due to the personal customization and unique nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect or error has occurred.
